Destinations Sweepstakes Rules
- No purchase necessary to enter the Destinations Sweepstakes.
- Chance of Winning: Each entry will have an equal chance of winning. Making a purchase will not improve an individual entry’s chances of winning. Entries can be made in writing at any Bay Federal Credit Union branch location.
- Consumer Disclosure: Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received.
- Sponsor: Bay Federal Credit Union (“the Credit Union”) is the sponsor of the Destinations Sweepstakes. The Credit Union’s business address is: 3333 Clares Street, Capitola, CA 95010.
- Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins June 30, 2008, and ends August 30, 2008 (“Destinations Sweepstakes”). All entries must be received by August 30, 2008.
- Prize Drawings: A $3,000 Travel Certificate from Santa Cruz Travel will be presented to the winner. The winner of the Destinations Sweepstakes will be announced on September 12, 2008. The winner need not be present. Travel dates and limitations determined by Santa Cruz Travel. Bay Federal Credit Union is not liable for any travel plans or any situations that happen during travel.
- Eligibility: Employees and officials of the Credit Union, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. To qualify for the Sweepstakes, all entrants must be at least 18 years of age. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Credit Union. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
- Tax Issues: The Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winners are responsible for all tax consequences (if any) for the prize.
