Business Services Program Manager

Responsible for the overall management of the business loan portfolio, from origination through closing while operating in support of the Credit Union's requirement for quality and efficient lending. This position performs financial analyses needed to make credit decisions on business loans, presents recommendations to the Business Lending Committee and communicates outcomes to business development officers and loan officers. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all business loan decisions follow the Credit Union loan underwriting guidelines, that all areas of the Credit Union are compliant with business loan regulations, and that all staff meet or exceed member experience expectations while meeting financial goals.

High School diploma, or equivalent, plus additional business/vocational education required. B.S., B.A. degree in related business discipline, or equivalent experience preferred. Courses in business and supervision will be necessary to develop and maintain supervisory proficiency. Completion of recent seminars/classes on loan compliance and complete understanding of all areas of loan compliance.

Minimum of 4 years of commercial lending experience is required (7 to 10+ years experience preferred). Must have managed a portfolio of at least $20 million. In-depth understanding of commercial lending and business development techniques. Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.


AVP Loan Operations

Responsible for the management, compliance and coordination of lending functions from origination through closing while operating in support of the Credit Union's requirement for quality and efficient lending products and services. This position is responsible for ensuring that all loan decisions follow the Credit Union loan underwriting guidelines, that all areas of the Credit Union are compliant with loan regulations, and that all staff meet or exceed the member experience expectations while meeting the financial goals.

High School diploma, or equivalent, plus additional business/vocational education required. B.S., B.A. degree in related business discipline, or equivalent experience preferred. Courses in business and supervision will be necessary to develop and maintain supervisory proficiency. Completion of recent seminars/classes on loan compliance and complete understanding of all areas of loan compliance.

Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience; 4 years of increasing responsibility in lending in a credit union or financial services environment. Experience with credit scoring, consumer loan underwriting and processing in a centralized lending environment.
